This year I am excited to grow individually, socially and academically. Make new memories with my fellow ambassadors and club, learn new subjects, meet new people, encourage students interested in CBC or any higher ed, but most importantly serve my college and community(:
For my favorite professor/class it's a tie between the following: Chad Garcia, teaches World Civilizations Bruce Walker, Music Appreciation Cozzette Phillips, Art Appreciation A couple things these professors have in common is that they are very passionate about the subject they teach, funny scenarios or jokes, like to interact with the class. All these things make class so much more easier to learn and love attending class. Highly Recommend!
To be the first in my family to graduate with a B.A and maybe a masters, retire my parents, help pursue my four younger siblings dreams and impact as many lives that I come across in some form or way.
Other than small class sizes, affordable tuition, friendly staff, and close to home, CBC allows you to meet people from all areas of the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. Although it is a community college you still get to experience some aspects of a University. For example, new fully furnished dorms and study abroad!
